Please review these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from DrivveDetail ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all services provided by DrivveDetail at our facility located at 24690 Sandhill Blvd, Unit 601, Punta Gorda, FL 33983.

2. Services

DrivveDetail provides professional automotive detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior detailing, paint correction, and related services as described on our website and service menu.

All services are performed at our dedicated facility. We do not currently offer mobile detailing services.

Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments: Services are available by appointment only. You may book appointments through our website, phone, or email.

Availability: Due to our one-vehicle-at-a-time approach, appointment availability is limited. We recommend booking in advance.

Booking Request Process: Submitting a booking request through our website or other means does NOT constitute a confirmed appointment. All booking requests will be reviewed and confirmed by DrivveDetail staff within 24 hours. You will receive a separate confirmation email once your appointment is officially confirmed.

No Guarantee of Availability: Booking requests do not guarantee availability until you receive official confirmation from DrivveDetail.

4. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice may result in a full service charge.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies occur. Please contact us immediately if you cannot make your appointment due to circumstances beyond your control, and we will work with you in good faith.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Due Upon Completion: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of all services. Your vehicle will not be released until payment is received in full.

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

No Deposit Required: No payment is required at the time of booking or confirmation.

Additional Charges: If your vehicle requires significantly more work than anticipated due to excessive soiling, pet hair, or other conditions, additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Taxes: All quoted prices are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

6. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

Mandatory Vehicle Inspection: We will conduct a comprehensive exterior and interior inspection with you present before beginning any services. This inspection will document all existing conditions, damage, and concerns to ensure that any pre-existing issues are clearly identified and not attributed to our work.

Documentation Process: All findings from the pre-service inspection will be documented with photographs and/or written notes. This documentation protects both parties and establishes the baseline condition of your vehicle.

Personal Items - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: You are required to remove ALL personal items, valuables, documents, electronics, and belongings from your vehicle before drop-off. DrivveDetail assumes NO responsibility and is NOT liable for any personal items, valuables, or belongings left in your vehicle during service, regardless of value. This includes but is not limited to electronics, jewelry, cash, documents, clothing, or any other personal property.

Fuel Level: Please ensure your vehicle has adequate fuel (at least 1/4 tank) for any necessary movement during service.

Pre-Existing Damage: Any pre-existing damage, including paint defects, scratches, or interior wear, will be documented during inspection but may not be fully correctable through our standard services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Quality: While we take great care in providing high-quality services, results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and previous maintenance.

Damage Limitation: Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the services performed. We maintain professional liability insurance for covered incidents.

Pre-Existing Conditions: DrivveDetail is not liable for damage to pre-existing conditions including but not limited to cracked paint, loose trim, worn upholstery, or mechanical issues.

Time Limitations: Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Commitment: We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

Resolution Process: We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include re-service of affected areas or partial refund at our discretion.

Good Faith Requirement: This guarantee applies to legitimate service quality issues and requires good faith cooperation from both parties.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information when booking services
  • Bring vehicles with hazardous materials or illegal substances
  • Interfere with our business operations or other customers
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to hold DrivveDetail liable for issues beyond our control

10. Modifications to Terms

DrivveDetail reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Arbitration Process: The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Charlotte County, Florida, or by mutual agreement, may be conducted telephonically or via video conference.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between DrivveDetail and you individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
